What is PrintWise3D?

PrintWise3D is a desktop app that takes the guesswork out of FDM printing. Load your STL, pick your printer and filament, and it analyzes the model’s geometry — overhangs, thin walls, bed contact, orientation — then generates a tuned, ready-to-import profile for your slicer. PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer, Bambu Studio, and Cura are all supported.

Why we built it

Most failed prints aren’t hardware problems — they’re settings problems. The knowledge to fix them exists, but it’s scattered across spec sheets and forum threads. PrintWise3D packages that knowledge into a tool that looks at your specific model and tells you how to print it right the first time.

What’s next

We’re putting the finishing touches on our public launch. The store is open, the FAQ covers the common questions, and our beta testers have been hammering on the app for months. Follow along here for release notes and printing guides.
